WHO are WE?
Essence of Pearlfection is a comprehensive program designed to help minority adolescent girls improve their self-confidence, leadership abilities, sisterhoods and relationships, conflict resolution skills, ethical decision-making, and practical life skills. Our program will give strong support to successful endeavors in the physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual, and economic spheres. Each young woman will acquire knowledge on these many subjects through lectures, instruction, exercises, field excursions, simulations, affirmations, and a great deal more.

We are preparing girls for high school, college, beyond is crucial for their future success. By providing them with the necessary tools and resources, we are empowering them to achieve their goals and reach their potential.
